Since 2006 we have developed online assessments in partnership with Local Authorities and Private, Voluntary / Independent sector organisations specifically linked to the Skills for Care - Common Induction Standards, the CWDC Induction Standards, the LDQ Induction Award and the Foster Care Training, Support and Development Standards. We support 100’s of organisations across the country to effectively induct new carers and develop the knowledge of existing carers.

The assessments are straight-forward, user friendly and available via the internet, all you need is a web browser*. Each completed assessment generates a report that can be used for recruitment, induction planning, evidence portfolios and training needs analysis; providing managers with information to support an effective induction and Continuous Professional Competence
